Could not locate by reservation, did not assist me in hooking the trailer up. They did have a trailer and rented to me but the lady pointed it me which was not the one listed on the paperwork. Had to go back in and finally came out and located the one that was listed.

Robert and crew are the best, no issues. Reserved the unit online, and when I arrived, I went into the office, finished up paperwork/paid, and was on my way. After its use, I dropped the unit off; checking it back in was simple. Will use them again in the future, not only for U-Haul but for all automotive repairs and needs!
