I appreciate the customer service at this location. We all know there are no navigation systems on your trucks. There SHOULD BE a Phone Holder and a USB outlet in the truck. That would make it safer.Richard S.

The pick up location was a JOKE! The guy's printer didn't work so I had to take pics of the paperwork with my phone. The right brake light didn't work on the the trailer, and he indicated our vehicle was the problem and made NO effort to resolve the problem. The problem was a result of poor maintenance on the trailer! The place was filthy and too FOREVER to get checked out. We were the only people there at the time! I WILL NOT EVER go there again!Barbara C.

You could make sure the equipment is actually at the original booked sight at the original booked time. We basically lost a whole day of progress and hired help because your online and 800 service is extremely poor. Every physical rental place and people we dealt with were Excellent and had the exact same complaints. You guys over book and pull trucks away and shift people schedules around last minute and really mess with people's lives,time and money. And then we can't get any one of your arrogant phone jockeys to listen or make any reasonable compensations. They like to abuse their long distance, "you can't touch me" power to be rude and hang up on you or make you play a waiting game. Very dissapointed and disgusting. We should have , at least, been granted a whole free day of charge or something. Like I said, these poor folks providing the trucks are NOt the problem. It's corporate and your arrogant phone jockeys.EDWIN S.
There were roaches In the first and the second truck we tried. Then finally the third was half way clean. Then after I called the drop off location charged me for gas and we put it back to more than when we started. It was a HORRIBLE experience!Barry C.
Considering Uhaul changed my pick up location the morning of my scheduled pick up, the person at this location was very kind to stay open past his normal business hours bc we were 38 miles away.Margie K.

There was nobody at the location so I called the owner; he was out of town and took down all my information over the phone and allowed me to take the trailer and be on my way. U-Haul however grew angry with me on the phone that i dared question why i could not take the trailer as i already paid for it and submitted all my information; the woman hung up the phone on me.Jonathan H.

The actual business name on signage (at drop off site) is "Fast Track" & this was just a bit confusing as I didn't see anything with "Burns Landscaping" on it.Angela D.
