The issue is with Uhaul rather than location. If I reserve additional items like appliance dolly then I expect it to be available just like the trailer I reserved. It is extremely frustrating to arrive and find out that the other items reserved are NOT available even though the online reservation gave the impression they were.
Chris RVery understaffed location which caused the pick up process to take over an hour. Overall the people are nice but I wouldn’t rent from this location again if I can avoid it.
Edan DI was an hour late returning the trailer because of traffic on the interstate. I was charged for another day even though the business was closing and would not have been able to rent it out that day anyway. For this reason I will try to find trailer rental options elsewhere.
Michael HTiming was excellent. They were close to the location I was moving from, he was open until 6 and they had the tow dolly I needed. The office was a bit of a marvel, but they efficiently got us on the road.

Marco SRosemary did a great job getting us two vans after we found that the 15’ truck we rented had a hole in its gas tank! Undoubtedly it had been vandalized on her lot and she did not know it. She tried by calling around to get us another truck but unsuccessfully. So, she rented us two vans and they did fine. I give Rosemary high marks for her efforts!

Eric RIt seems that if I need to rent with any other location, there is problems and drama. I never have problems here. The people at Bush Oil are the best and whenever I have the choice, I will be going there for my rental needs.

bel bIt was my first time renting a U-Haul, the gentleman was professional, and kind. Truck was clean in trailer part but inside of cab was not very clean. Truck ran smooth, had heat, and a radio. Still waiting for my total price that i was charged he has not emailed me yet. But all in all when i need to rent a truck again I will go back to U-Haul.

Corey MAfter the Pick up location called and confirmed everything with the drop off, I was charged a "$20 after hours drop fee". No one mentioned that ridiculous fee nor was it disclosed anywhere. I can't believe I was charge $20 for NO SERVICE. I unloaded the trailer Myself and left it parked in front of the building.

Brandt TExcellent rental from start to finish. I had to rent with less than a week notice and move someone 100 miles away. Could have done one way but had to do local rental of 26' truck due to having no other transportation back to town. This location went out of their way to accommodate and explain all the details of the rental. I will by all means rent from them Bush Oil again if the need comes up.

Donna RWhen I dropped off the trailer, I backed it into a “truck spot“. When the lady came out to check the trailer she told me I had to move it and there were no locations available for a trailer to be parked. In order for me to leave the trailer, or have her accept it, I had to move seven trailers that were in The trailer line up to a foot and a half to the left and right in order to make room for my trailer. This took me 45 minutes and was told if I didn’t do it then I needed to find another place to drop the trailer off on Saturday morning somewhere up to an hour away from her location. I did the work in order to leave the trailer because on football Saturday I wasn’t going to spend an extra two hours driving around trying to find a place that would accept my rental. This woman and her location was unaccommodating to my needs and I would never recommend dropping it off at this place in Easley South Carolina ever again. When I drop off at Tigertown storage in Clemson Tony has me to leave the trailer under a tree whether he’s there or not and he’ll check me in and let me know if there are any issues. He makes it extremely easy to rent from him. Unfortunately he wasn’t open on Saturday.

John LI arrived at the location at 8 am when it opened and there was noone there. I called the number on my contract and left a voicemail. I googled the location and also left a voicemail. The place is so run down and falling apart. I called U-haul customer service at 8:15 am and told them that there was noone at the location and that I felt unsafe. They found me a new location, less than a mile away to return the trailer. When I got off the phone with Customer Service, the Uhaul rep showed up. This was around 8:20 am. He did apologize for not being there when it opened and was helpful. I will never return to that location again.
Lisa LThis vehicle with 160000+ miles is a danger to an inexperienced driver. The play in steering is a struggle in it self. Location wise the service is great and will use them again.
