As a first time customer at this location; it’s not very clear where the lockbox location is or how to access the Truck key for pickup. Upon returning there was an issue with the app and had to manually return

I was charged for SafeMove, which I did not request and which was not disclosed. This was an in person rental so, I should’ve been given an option. The gentleman who owns the place was genial and friendly but he should’ve asked me about the coverage.
