I wasn't able to use the u haul because my item wouldn't fit in it. Brought it back early think I should be refunded.

Corey M.After the Pick up location called and confirmed everything with the drop off, I was charged a "$20 after hours drop fee". No one mentioned that ridiculous fee nor was it disclosed anywhere. I can't believe I was charge $20 for NO SERVICE. I unloaded the trailer Myself and left it parked in front of the building.
