I had to call to get another location to drop the trailer off. Getting through to an actual person was an obstacle in itself. I asked for a central location in Easley, SC. I literally passed 10 U-Haul locations getting there only to be told they aren’t accepting any turn ins for the Summer months and corporate shouldn’t have sent us there. So he gave us another location which we passed on the way there. The UHaul trailer was easy to pickup but we spent an hour and half trying to get rid of it.
Melissa WAs a first time customer at this location; it’s not very clear where the lockbox location is or how to access the Truck key for pickup. Upon returning there was an issue with the app and had to manually return
Adam MI was charged for SafeMove, which I did not request and which was not disclosed. This was an in person rental so, I should’ve been given an option. The gentleman who owns the place was genial and friendly but he should’ve asked me about the coverage.
