Clean the place up. It was a mess plus it was unprofessional. I turned my vehicle in at 4pm and he logged it returned after 6pm. Why lie to make a few extra buck?

damien bThe gentleman running the operation was very helpful and did what we needed. That being said, if I were U-haul I would be embarassed for this comoany to represent us. His facilties are an absolute shambles. He is a hoarder and has crap everyway. You can barely get into his office to do paperwork. The ceiling is peeling and ready to fall down. It does not present well and I believe would cause customers to question the quality of service they would receive. While he got job done, there is a huge lack of professionalism presented. Had we not been in a crunch situation, I would have called for a pickup at a different location. I would absolutely "NOT" recommend this location to others.
David HThe truck and pads were good, and the person we met was very pleasant. However, the issue was that we had scheduled to pick up the truck before opening, but the key was not placed in the lockbox, which delayed getting the truck about half an hour because we had to wait until the location opened.
