Drop off was a breeze. Although my drop off site had to be changed because of lack of space, the alternate location was even closer and the return process was painless. Excellent U-Haul experience overall.
Michael DI wish the app worked because I felt terrible interrupting someone who had a whole other job to complete, with customers present. it felt like an imposition to be asking for assistance despite his other work. that said, we received outrageously great service and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.
Sarah LLocation wasn't open on the weekend when we needed help and the app was glitching on us, we arrived 15mins before our reservation and weren't able to get it done until well past our pickup time because of the app not working and needing assistance. No staff present to help us, we couldn't even see indication on the store front they were associated with uHaul at all and the trucks were completely across the street and we had no idea until looking around the entire building in a panic where they were. Very confused when we got to the location. I think signage with assistance and instruction at least would be helpful. We were looking everywhere for a key box for the uHaul because we didn't know it was in the truck cargo area. It made for a very stressful moving day.
