They had absolutely no clue what they were doing. Said I owed them $36. I refused to pay because what they had told me the day previously. But that person was not there. I was there 30 minutes, and no one had a clue. I told them I was leaving calling me when it’s figured out. Next thing I know I get an email from uhaul saying I’m ACTUALLY OWED $10. I will never use uhaul again. FYI the $36 they said I owed? It was because evidently I was a mile and a half over. Over what? I never gave them an exact number. Never again..

I felt I got scammed a bit. I did mobile pick up, declined all insurance for truck, belongings etc. When I went to pick up the truck and check in, I asked store owner about leaving my car. He then said he would check me in, so he did. When I returned, I noticed a $15 dollar charge for Safe move which I had declined? After leaving, I never checked emails (driving) and upon return saw the $15 dollar charge. I guess I should have waited for all the emails to be delivered before I left? Anyways, it was a good experience other than that.

Maurica MTruck was not clean. There was no gas in .I pet gas in it and got charged in the end for gas. The truck was supposed to be, 29.95 and I paid 15 dollars for insurance then the final cost was 103.47. It was like I got charged for two trucks, Not happy with the experience at all and will recommend that no one uses uhaul.
