No one answered phones. No instructions about where to leave the truck. No one ever called me back. Drop box for keys has a hornet’s nest in it

We were supposed to pick up the UHaul at 9AM but the person to rent it to us wasn’t there until after 9:30AM and it took almost an hour to get it rented.

Location is out in the woods at a junk yard. Waited for over an hour on a person that was still over a hour away making a delivery. Was able to drop the equipment off unassisted.
