We went after hours (5 pm on a Friday) expecting to do a self check out drop off. When we got there we had a hard time finding a spot to park. Eventually a guy saw my boyfriend and came up to speak with him. He was extremely rude. When we parked he took the keys out before I could even get a picture of the gas meter. When I asked him if we could have the keys back he rolled his eyes, walked back and said â€œI was getting ready to leave.â€ I told him that we planned to do the self checkout and he didn't need to stay. But he just continued to say that he's trying to leave. After I got the picture of the inside, he took the keys and rushed us out. We couldn't even get pictures of the outside of the uhaul to finish up the self checkout portion. It was a horrible experience.Clayton C.

Terrible customer service. I couldn't get a hold of someone who works at the physical location. I had server issues with the mobile drop off and it didn't go through which showed my tank level. I dropped it off after refueling. They marked the tank level down wrong and charged me $50 worth of refueling fees. They were rude while I talked to them about fixing it.WIKTORIA M.
when I went online and filled out the necessary paperwork I was informed that the 10' truck had a pull-out to load and unload furniture with and it didn't. I was also told that I had unlimited miles which wasn't true I was charged for additional miles used when I told the person how far I was traveling.Barbara M.

They allowed someone not listed in my account to add Additional days and mask changes to original agreement. I am actually checking into the legality of what happened with this because everybody was done without my authorization, but I would have been responsible if anything would have happened. When we arrived for pick up the truck was in the back of the lot and was full of ice and snow. We would of been ok with where the truck was parked but the ice and snow should of been cleaned off for us. It was freezing outside!!! The truck other wise was in really good shape and clean. the fact you have to upload your photo ID is the problem. This location has NO cell phone reception. I had to take the photo of my ID then go outside and stand on a big rock with my phone in the air and wait several minutes for it upload. Then take a second picture and do it again. All they need is a guest WiFi access and the problem would be resolved. They also have the issue of receiving phone calls since they use a cell phone for the business. I tried calling in 2 times and was unable to get anyone since it would ring 1 time and go silent.william L.

This was not the location I wanted for pick up. It was a half hour and 20 miles away, which added to my milage overage. The windshield was covered with bugs and the dolly that I ordered was not on the truck. The office was closed so I had to drive to another location to pick one up. This was the worst experience I've ever had renting a truck.Carleen S.

This place was extremely helpful. Unfortunately they don't open till 9:00 am. The process U Hail has is horrible. Took 30 minutes to get in and out. Uploading drivers license. Takes way too long. This was only part of the problem. No text the day before. UHaul changed my location 3 times. Horrible. I was over 2 hours later than planned. May never use U Haul again.matt Y.

Well when I returned uhaul to butter ridge road canal Fulton after 5 hours of usage they charged me and additional day of rental to my debit card called the business he said it would be taken off which he lied and was not removed so for 5 hours I paid 164.00Mary H.

rented a 5 x 9 ramp trailer here in may 2018, 1day. charged $42 upfront, was a $25 rental.?.? no explanation, said square up on return. returned sunday, closed. checked with debit card, additional charge from uhaul, total for 2days, $53ish. went back on tues to inquire, told adjusted back for 1day rental. my card statement never reflected this to date. 9-4-18 dave mitchell thought personnel was helpful initially.david M.

I have rented from this location multiple times, it is so close to where I live that I keep trying it, but am disappointed every single time. It seems that each employee there has a problem with not being able to with hold he use of constant and consistent vulgarity. It is supposed to be a place of business and yet every other word spoken by the staff is a curse. I will not try this location again and will simply have to drive out of town from here forward, which is a shame.Whitney O.

I rent from this location several times a year and generally use the truck several hours less than the 24 hour rental. This time I was two hours late and was charges an extra day. Justified by the letter of the rental, but not considerate of past rental quantity or experience. I will not use u-haul in the future unless the extra day is credited back. Butterbridge blamed corporate U-haul for the charge.bill C.
Apparently your computer program is difficult to use even for seasoned operators. Enlist the aid of someone (not a computer programmer familiar with your program) to use your program and suggest changes, or identify confusing areas, so that the process does not take so long!!mike K.

This was hands-down the best U-Haul experience. We've had some pretty bad ones in the past, with vehicles not being available or not ready, but Butterbridge was fantastic. If you need a U-Haul, go here first!CArrie E.
