So the problem is this once I just picked the car the guys didn't explain everything to me. He just charge me he said we didn't charge you anything about the mileage I need an explain me anything but once I go to drop off the car, they they said we should charge you one dollar per mile so that's why is it ridiculous you know I don't care about the money, but but they still have to explain everything to the customersfarzad T.

The man who runs the location never said hello. Didn't speak at all until he said how many miles then told me the total. Very odd then when I returned the vehicle he just said just give me the keys . Didn't tell me what I was getting back considering I used half of what he charged me. He definitely doesn't belong in customer service. Definitely not recommending or using this company again.TOSHA A.

The entire inside and the ramp was very dirty and had to be swept out. The cab was also dirty although I did not bother to clean the floor. I did clean the seats and cup holders. Also, I was charged for Safe Move that I never requested, was over-charged for 1/8 tank of gas (was at 3/4 instead of the 7/8 on the contract) and a drop-off location was picked for me without any discussion.Scott M.

Uhaul has always been the best all around Truck n Trailer rental dealer out there their complete fleet of all your Rental needs are well maintained and have all the latest safety features available. They have excellent service and a mobile mechanic fleet that will show up within the hour and will either fix the problem on the spot . Or if needed will unload and reload you entire cargo and have you back on the road by the end of that day or night . They also offer insurance and coverage that will fit into your special circumstances... The also have an excellent towing and hitch dept that 2nd to none . Not to forget they are also still a Rental yard and from sump pumps to cherry pickers , portable heaters to wedding and party equipment chairs, table's and boxes in almost ever size and special needs you can think of . Not to forget their trained and pro staff that can answer any type of questions you may ask . Least we not forget that warm n Friendly smile . That says you're gonna be alright ....... Uhaul will be in almost every town that ppl need 2 be .... ....MICHAEL G.

A body shop and uhaul under the same roof is a weird combo. The location looks a bit sketchy too. Could not reach anyone on the phone. But when I came in the service was quick and with a smile. Same when I returned the equipment. That's what counts! :)Slava L.

First the mileage out is wrong as shown, some damage was not disclosed. they don't issue a receipt when I asked, He said, he will send it to my email. The receipt sent was the reservation. when I return they didn't issue a receipt instead they will send it to my email. Then when I received the receipt it was the estimate supposed to be sent when check out the rental vehicle. I found the mileage out was wrong and the mileage rate was also wrong because it does not match with the mileage charge. I didn't received any final reciept and don't the final charges of my credit card until check my credit card and I found the total charges did not as I expected to pay. since the mileage out incorrect. I think they are trying to cheat the customers systematically. Please investigate this place. Hope this will you improve your business and customer relations and satisfaction. Thank you.GERSY M.

They gave me a damaged trailer that caused an accident where my vehicle was totaled and all of the contents of the trailer were destroyed. The lawyer side for your department is absolutely malicious in their attempts to con you into slipping up wording. Just a nightmare experience.Samuel B.
This location charged me $31 for gas when we drove a total of 11 miles. They also don't have self check in so had to wait until they were open to pick up the truck. When I called Uhaul they were quick to issue a refund for the overcharge, which I appreciated.Carolyn R.

Staff there was helpful and cleaned the equipment before giving it to us - thanks! Tires seemed under-inflated (~30psi measured instead of 50psi as indicated on tire). Would be nice to indicate hours for lunch break so if we arrive late we don't end up waiting.Richard L.

The van I received had a bad odor in the main cabin. The back of the van had dirt and debris on the mat, yet I was instructed that it should be returned â€œcleanâ€ as to not incur additional charges. The worst part is that the right turn signal and tail lights were out. I didn't realize it was out until it was too late to exchange the van.Emily Q.

Received my van on E, I was over charged and I never agreed on the contract terms.rental at $99.00 plus 100 miles.when it was supposed to be $19.99 plus miles which was less than$100.00.but charged$123.00.I never agreed nor sign anything.he just took my license and gave me a key.So it was all to unacceptable.i even called my bank regarding this matter.I only came to this location cause the one on Solano Ave was booked. The vender didnt have my reserved vehicle on site. They were not aware of my one way reservation and only had a â€œlocalâ€ rental truck. I had movers waiting on site and had no choice but to take the local rental. This cost me twice as much as the original rental one way reservation b/c of mileage all the way back to store. Not to mention the time it took to return the truck all the way back. They were nice in the store, but this is totally unacceptable. A waste of my time and money. This was my 3rd rental in the last 3 weeks but i will be looking at other rental alternatives for my future rental needs.WARDELL A.

Just FYI that I started my reservation Friday 9/24/21 @MacArthur BLvd OAK w/c is Walking distance from my AirBnB went there made a reservation, but when I left not even reaching my Place got a call telling me it was cancelled since NO available truck, so I look up again online, gave me 2 places, Berkeley & Fruitvale, went to Berkeley since it's closest from my place, d guy told me w/ apology that there's no more truck available inspite there's a LOT parked in d premises, aside from that a lady just returned d size of truck I want, d guy said "oh most of them are broken" (almost 2 dozen at d Lot) 😢, BTW, I'm also reserved a storage in Tustin near where I'm moving for Monday d 27th. Finally a truck is available in VALLEJO so did d reservation via phone w/ d help of a lady Customer Service so went there right away w/c is @1pm, d riginal 9am p/u turn into 1p from 2 different sites. Went straight to my storage in Walnut Creek load my stuff until 5:10pm. Drive I go @5am Monday went I reach Tustin UHaul @El Camino Real d guy said he didn't see my name for storage reservation even explained d email sent to me was just telling me I'm "eligible", I got pissed n tell him "what does than mean?!?" With ALL d stress & frustration just getting a truck since Friday, NOW I'm just "eligible"?!? I felt ALL d PAIN all over you body & tremendous Headaches! I have to control myself to avoid episode since I have BRAIN Aneurysm since November 2017. Went back to my new rental place where I dropped off my needed stuff to rest & look for another storage coz d UHaul guy gave another site in COSTA MESA! I said NO, going to look for other company, thank God found just 3mi,especially from my new place and cheaper! NEVER AGAIN w/ UHaul, but THANKS ANYWAY to d big discount given !RENATO M.
