I left the vehicle clean. On my bill I saw a $35.00 cleaning fee that was not disclosed to me prior. This unexpected charge seems excessive as I left the vehicle cleaner than I found it. Unsatisfied how this was not clear upfront before the transaction.

The crank on the front leg WAS BROKEN!!!! It only worked about 20% of the time. It was very frustrating and time consuming to try to lower and especially raise it. I've never complained before about any of my trailer rentals. I've lost count of how many times I've rented a trailer from Uhaul, but this time was a true disappointment! I want a REFUND!!! Had absolutely nothing that I ordered in advance. no dollies, furniture pads, or ball hitch mount. luckily I was able to buy the mount at a nearby hardware store. Also, they told me they had the trailer at 9am, I drove 1.5hours to the location (each way), but the trailer wasn't there when I got there. I had to drive back at 6pm, which is 10 hours late from when I reserved. Awful.

They were patient with us there was an accident and it got us late arriving and they called just to make sure we are on our way! Excellent service.

Clean the pick up. The windows inside and out were so dirty I cleaned them to see. The truck smelled of smoke so I febreezed it. Two broken rear light cases and the location didn't even acknowledge it. The agent said the location was so bad that I couldn't park the truck there at night. When I was dropping the truck off I was approached by a couple wanting the keys to my truck and they asked a second rental customer for their keys. They were trying to steal the rental. The f course both of us dropped the keys in the box but it was scary. Luv'd the truck, luv your app, but I'll use a different location.

I flew from San Diego to move my dead grandmothers belongings out of her house. I reserved two four wheeled dollys and they did not have them. We had to move a piano and several other very heavy items. We could not get the job done because of U Haul. The employee was very rude, unsympathetic, and unwilling to offer any solutions. The truck was dirty, interior and exterior, and they said it would be cleaned and disinfected prior to pick up due to the COVID19 pandemic. All windows were dirty, inside and out. The Air Conditioner cut out when you accelerated. Very uncomfortable driving through the San Joaquin Valley during the summer with intermittent AC.

owner was not on site when reservation was set, had to call and have him come down to get the rental. did not have all the proper equipment, did not properly inspect the trailer before sending it out. causing a huge delay on the job we had planned.

My reservation called for pick up in Oakland no truck availability when I arrived they sent me to Concord no truck when I arrived. They sent me to Vallejo where I finally got a truck. Terrible service what Gogo is a reservation

The inside of the truck was filthy. Had to wipe it all down myself. Tow dolly had a broken light. They fixed it and it fell out before even getting to the freeway. Had to return to them and have it fixed again. Then went out again on the trip. The truck (12 years old and 141000 miles) had a broken drivers seat, door wouldn't seal properly, allowing air into cab. Truck broke down twice while going across the country. This truck was too old and beat up to be a cross country truck. Unfortunately I had to move and didn't have any other options.

Trucks radio was broken, heater appears to be pumping carbon monoxide and sure operator appears to think it's a good sales tactic to lure to customers and act like trucks need ti be back early and they only have one trick on site.

I booked my Uhaul for 139 and some change, they agree to give me a 140 miles round trip included with the price. I receive a call to get pick up my uhaul at this location. When I got here I was greeted with with a representative, He did not go over my contract and the conditions of the terms. When I asked him is he able to help change the mileage because of distance travel to my location plus gas does not cover 140 miles round trip. He said no they will meet the conditions, I then asked him again and he would not help. Gave me my keys and said you're good to go, didn't even sign a contract. Says he will email me my contract, when I asked where do I return this he said back to this because that's what the contract says. I found out I had to take it to a different location later, base on my contract and I was Over Charged 109 dollars. Bad customer service, when I ask why I was over charge he said that I was charge for the Mileage of 169, when 140 miles was already written on the contract, I should be paying the difference per mileage. I had to call uhual and open up a claim to get my money back. Be careful with this place, they will not go over the contract with you and will blame that it's your fault, the guy even said the Lady didnt go over the contract with you? when he was the person who called me and help me. WTF??? If you get this Location please make sure they go over the contract with you because I Got Charged 109 and got refunded after I had to deal with calling this place then UHUAL them self. Waste of my Time!!!!!!

We returned the truck same day at around 7pm with gas at same level when we picked it up earlier yet I was charged for 3 gallons of gas $17 and SafeMove Plus $28 that I didn't authorize. I use u-haul quiet a bit, and this is the first time I rented at this place and was charged erroneously. I called last week, and the person who picked told me he will tell his manager, but I never received a call back. I called again today, and I only reached the VM. I'd really appreciate a call back and get this issue resolved.

Not knowledgeable on how to do a rental. Did not inform me of the price for one way, after I asked how much the truck was. The answer was 19.99. I did not ask for insurance, I wasnt given a contract, it was sent to my email, I didnt sign anything. When I dropped off I was uninformed it was 289.00. I was i total shock
