Rastislav Sthey over charge me fees and coverage that i don't need it . i told the manager that i don't need it and even though he did it anyway. also, the startup miles were wrong on my receive another extra mile to overcharge me. i have to go to customer service several times for a request to fix the overcharges they promised the main manager in charge for those stores was going to call me Mr. Allen i was told his name is . guess what he did not call me or apologized for all the problems i went through. just reimburse me the extra fee but not reimburse me for the miles so i have to call again customer service and send a picture when i got the truck after that no need for a manager the representative did reimburse me the 2 extra miles that they were charging me.after i did send the picture of the time and date photo taken from the parking lot when i sat down on the truck for the first time. lucky i took a pic so i can prove i was right .. customer service on the phone from the main number all are very nice. Store manager or owner from this specific store not good for those charges that he put it on the account.
