Jesus GUhual was received without gas so I returned it with the same amount of gas and was charged an additional fee.
Noe GCustomer service is poor. Charge me for blankets which I did not ask for and did not receive. When I went to return the truck then I charge additional $48 because I didn’t have the blankets that were never provided to me. When I tried to call the location to get resolution the phone just rings and no one answers.

Tajinder MI requested 5 hours to rent the U-haul truck on 12/14/24. Approximately 35 minutes of rental service, the truck stop running and would not start. I called U-haul roadside service for help. Approximately, 1 hour later roadside service arrived telling me that the alternator or starter is bad. Within a few minutes, the U-haul truck started by receiving a jump start from another U-haul truck. I was advised not to turn the truck off and return it back to Byron Market where I rented the U-haul truck from. I was charged for full service for a U-haul truck that broke down and needs repair services. I am asking for a full refund due your U-haul truck needed service before it was rented to me. What you need to do is make sure all your U-haul truck maintenance services is completed and running properly before renting them out so that the customers are not inconvenienced and stuck on the road or streets. I have not heard from the manager yet. If I don’t hear from the manager within a couple of days, I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau and calling my Credit Card Company. The roadside service guy was nice and helpful. He said that he was going to report that the U-haul truck needed a alternator or a starter.
CYNTHIA JThe engine light was on in the truck. It drove as if it needed an alignment. The truck smelled like smoke. Additionally, I was charged another 4 hours for a 30 minute late return. Saturday December 14th (12/14/24) was a extremely rainy morning. Very disappointing service.

They made the pickup and drop off as easiest as possible for me, especially because I needed additional assistance with hitching the trailer to my vehicle. I most definitely recommend this location, the man who assisted me was even tri-lingual. He was awesome!!!

narinder KThis shop is nothing but distracted by U-Haul business. Additionally, I reserved 12 blankets and they gave me only 9. When I returned the blankets, the clerk didn’t know what to do so he asked me to just leave them and go indicating someone would check them later. I had to insist on getting a receipt before I would leave. I’ll never go back there again.

Shekhar TI got charged $500 for your own incompetence. I'll pay it, but when I picked up the truck -- there was none of the equipment I paid for. I managed to get 3/5 of it and was charged to replace the remaining 2/5 THAT I NEVER GOT. Oh and the windshield wipers were missing when I got it and I got charged for that repair as well. What a clusterfuck, never recommending uhaul again

Then when i made him start over he decided he was gonna help every other customer in line 5 total before finishing with me. I picked this location since it was a small mom and pop type store but never agian.

Shawn TI went to pick up my truck. I have never used the app before I did not have the best experience using the app. I did not receive the dolly that I had requested and paid for or the moving blankets. I had to go to Home Depot and spend hundreds of dollars to buy these things so that I could continue on my way. The whole point of using the service is to not have to spend hundreds of dollars on those things. Anyhow, as I did not receive those items. I put a note on the account with a customer service rep over the phone. When I went to return the truck the next day. The representative said he was going to refuse the truck because it didn’t have the dolly or blankets. I told him that I never received it. He then said it wasn’t his problem. And he made comments about how he did not want to receive my truck because he didn’t have the space. It ended with the area manager, speaking with the representative on site and telling him to give me a refund for the items that I did not receive. All in all, this was one of the worst experiences of customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. I will be leaving additional Google reviews on how I was treated for this trip.
joshua cThis location saved my day, because I had a reservation for a different location on that day, but it got bumped to a different one, which also bumped me to this one. Fortunately I managed to make my move in time, but it was nearly a complete disaster.

Manjinder SGoes out of their way to deliberately be unhelpful to uhaul customers. (Just my own recollection of seeing other people's interactions at this location) personally I wouldn't rent from here. Infact my reservation was at a different facility in town but due to a equipment shortage they sent us here. I would have much rather gone out of town then rent here. Anyways after dropping off the unit about an hour later I get a call from uhal corporate asking when I would be returning the truck! I was busy taking care of other move related things but I found out I was charged an extra day and a refulling fee?! Did someone take the truck after I dropped it off?! I had just completed a move and I dropped off the truck

Donovan HProcess was easy and cost was as described on web site. We were a little early with pick up (10 min) with no extra cost. Which was appreciated since we needed time to set the mirrors and get familiar with the truck before we left. Great experience overall! Will definitely recommend. Thank you !

Wesley PI’m pissed about the self service option. The app kept glitching I never got to actually approve gas and mileage or pics it just would go to the next screen. Also got charged multiple different times and also still got a bill stating I have an outstanding balance. I don’t think I will ever be renting from you guys again.
