Had a very bad experience in that location Waited for half an hour. At first they told me we don’t have your truck then wait we will check then oh it is not ready then oh it is locked Waited for almost half an hour before finally picking it up. During the time the worker simply ignored me for the half the time and was selling then makes calls to others to check on reservations

Debra KMy reserved truck rental was not ready on the day I needed it causing me to need to rush a 2 day move in 12 hours. When I showed up the following day, the gentleman helping me behind the counter was extremely rude. I was obviously in a rush, but instead of getting me taken care of ( a day late) he decided to stop processing my rental and help every customer who walked through the door. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for him to correct my paperwork because I was supposed to have a quarter tank of gas but was on empty. On top of all of that, they charged me an additional fee that im waiting to be refunded for. 10/10, would not recommend. Ill be going somewhere else in the future.
