Its a convenient location, hence I booked here online for 8:00am. Local shop said they wont open till 9:00am! Lost an hour right there. I was called to pick up at a farther location for 8:30! Anyway the vehicle was dirty - left over food, socks in the cabin!!!

I has chosen a different location near my home for pick up. So that i could buy some moving supplies. I was sent to a different location that was far away and had nothing in the name of moving supplies. I had to waste time to get to another location to get moving supplies. I booked my truck 2 weeks ahead of moving and still my pick up location was changed at the last moment. U Haul should learn to keep its commitments. Would prefer Penske next time.

Customer service is non existent. Staff knows nothing, wont help barely speak English. Cashier is only person available and they have a store to run, you are an inconvenience. God forbid it rains, the mud hole that would be created would make it impossible to maneuver anything.

Very disappointed with Uhaul I will not rent a Uhaul ever again. I spent over $9000.00 in rentals with Uhaul and will not rent absolutely anymore from this company. I used Uhaul to move equipment for my business but now will move to Penski’s trucks!

Workers suggested me dropping off the truck back to their location. Saying it will be cheaper for me. I wanted to do a one way trip but kept suggesting me to return it to their location. I know it would of been cheaper for me to do one way trip but they kept bothering me. When I received the truck the back of the truck was filthy and the blankets were just thrown in their with a torn bag. The dolly looked like it was also just thrown in. Besides that the truck worked great and was clean inside the cab. When I returned the truck they didn’t even have someone working for the U-Haul. I left the keys with the store employee and he suggested that the guy will do my paper work first thing in the morning. They were honest on all charges and I appreciate that. But it was really annoying not knowing if they were really going to check out my truck or not. U-Haul is a great company and I love the prices but the people managing this location are not professional.

Not give out false information regarding insurance coverage. At first I declined the extra $40 for coverage but when I was told it would be prorated if I turned the trailer in early I accepted. When I turned it in two days early the guy at TJ’s laughed at me and said “we don’t do that and you better go back and talk to the guy you rented it from”. Great customer service, laugh at your customer.

Truck rented was a good experience until I went to fill the gas tank to appropriate level and gas started to leak as I was pumping gas. Gas was leaking by the gas tank.

The location at pick up was Awesome! The U-haul customer service line was helpful for the most part! U haul needs to work to make sure as a whole, that your customers are given the equipment needed to move on with there lives! One of most frustrating moves in my life, trying to get a 26’ truck, 6x12 trailer! Had to rent an additional Van do to your 1-800 major screw up...

There was no moving blanket. The dolly was not zip tied so I made sure to inform the drop off location of that right away so I would not be charged for it.
