The truck was so bumpy something wrong with it. The truck was running on fumes when we got it, tank was empty.

Tajinder MThere was 3 miles left on the U-Haul and when I told the guy inside he said yes, so what go put gas in it. As if I didn’t already pay for the U-Haul now I have to pay gas before I even use it terrible.
Brody RIt was hard to. rent te equipment at the location. the staff was not knowledgeable at all. Did not answer my questions. Prioritized other costumer's. He just handed my the tablet and I did the whole thing on my own. no point on going in person.
alfredo sU-Haul truck picked up was dirty and appeared like trash was hauled by previous customer. Staff was rude and accused me of dirtying the truck. Had to call U-Haul support to get the truck exchanged for another vehicle. Support then had to call Byron Market to make them exchange the truck for me. Do not rent U-Haul equipment from Byron Market (kudos to U-Haul support!)
