The return process video or instructions are different at this location so to avoid a future issue with keys not being able to be returned or keys/truck stolen you should include in the verbiage/video for this location " Note When you get your keys out of the lock Box, leave the combination at the same combo number so combination will allow you then to reopen the door of lockbox when returning . When doing return of keys you then place keys in the same lockbox but must instruct to put keys inside lockbox and then rotate combination and double check that the door is locked and door cannot be opened , this really needs to put in the instructions for this ferry st Nanticoke location ..Paul S.

Provide the moving blankets promised in the contract. Remove the charges for the blankets, which I never got, when I requested. I ended up paying $5 extra for something I didn't get. Not a big amount, but it left a bad feeling about renting trucks from uhaul.David G.

They had no idea what they were doing when it came to renting me the truck. it did take a while to get everything taken care of. The gentleman would not even look at you. Would not make eye contact with you. He kept his head down the whole time. I could barely hear what he was saying due to the fact that he speaks very low. I went 10 mi in the truck the needle moved a "nut hair", as they say and I had to put $5 in gas in the truck. Then when I got back to the place I picked it up I was given a bill for $49 and some odd change. So for your advertisement of $19.99 a day is false advertisement. I have never had such a bad experience nor have I been robbed so fast. I'm not sure if I would use U-Haul in the future that's something I really have to think about because at this point it doesn't look like I would.Laurel B.

Owner/manager was ignorant, rude, seemed inconvenienced that he had to process my rental. I had to wait for him to be ready to do it. When I brought the truck back he was just as ignorant and told me I had to wait 15minutes because he was on the phone with his credit card company trying to set something upMatthew B.

This place is a total waste of time. The employees are clueless and rude. I have never been treated so poorly by someone who is supposed to be trying to get my business in my life. After showing up at my reservation time and trying to actually enter the building, with no success (all doors were locked), I called the business I was standing outside of to try to pick up the truck I was supposed to have reserved. The employee I spoke to had no professionalism and answered the "business" phone as though it was his personal cell phone. When I told them I was there to pick up a reserved truck, I was told "Don't know nothin' 'bout that". Then he refused to let me in for another half hour, stating that they don't open until twelve thirty despite the fact that all of their signs advertising their hours said they were open from 8 to 5 that day. This place is a joke. Don't waste your time. Went to another UHaul lot and was treated with dignity and not as though I was an inconvenience. Skip this one and go to another a short ride down the road.Eric E.
