The staff was very helpful but it is hard to find this location. They don’t have much space to maneuver a trailer but at least they would take one. The location I booked to drop off the trailer said they don’t take them. I had to spend at least an hour calling other locations to ensure they would take a trailer drop off. This is a failure in your booking system that needs to be resolved. Or the location is not doing what it says is is doing(Exxon on 896, Newark, De). Several other locations were surprised that they were not taking the trailer.

The truck was parked in the weeds with trash piled on one side. Truck was OK, mileage and fuel correct. Had to pull it out to inspect it. Appliance Dolly and Ramp were on board. No moving blankets (not sure if it was supposed to come with them or not). Overall, OK. Dealer is apparently new to the U-Haul franchise but is making a good effort. Would use again.

TANEKA MPlease add signs (either U-Haul Entrance or Enter Here) to all entrance doors at pick up location. The guy at drop off was even nicer. Great service. No hassle, no pressure to add un-needed stuff/ items or service, no complaints...
