Would highly recommend a U-Haul store and not a authorized retailer. The place I picked up from did not have an assistance, no wheel chock, trailer coupler pin, jack stand etc. Drop off in Baytown Texas was 100x easier

Needs more space
Denise WThey didn’t have the dolly I needed. Nothing was ready when I arrived and it took about 45 mins for it to all come together. They shouldn’t be allowed to operate under the U-Haul umbrella with such poor service
