I did everything on the app, went in to get the keys and it was a nightmare from there. The guy kept telling me he needed to do it on his end but everything was complete already. Three phone calls and a FaceTime and 15 minutes later I finally got the keys. Then the app crashed and would not let me take rental pictures so took them personally. Just an overall bad experience because he didn’t know what he was doing.
