Business owner was great. New to the U-Haul system but very apologetic and a very nice person. I have a hard time with a 19.95 a day rental turning into 390.00 for 2 day rental. I could understand this if it was not a return rental. But to be picked up and dropped off to the same location and have that price is out of line. It’s cheaper to rent from a rental car company.
