The Owner Shawn was the BEST, I picked up my rental late evening during non working hours not too late but 8:30ish and my first time experiencing mobile check in but shortly after I arrived the owner Shawn pulled up and immediately assisted me with my check in practically did it for me lol....He Was Just Awesome and Easy to communicate with and will work with you if your late !

Chris sAfter going into a i mail canter and booking my truck I haul changed my location and made it a remote check in . Which I specifically didn’t want and why I went onto a centre . I had to call I haul and then got told I had to verify who o was via my wife who luckily picked up the phone to your agent otherwise I would not of been allowed to rent the truck. To say I’m not happy with this change is an understatement ! I had a confirmation with pick up at a u haul center to then be moved to a remote plus when craving past the u haul center they had the truck I was going to rent on their parking lot . Why did you change my booking if that truck was there in its original place .
