I have been charged $ 25.00 for cleaning fee for no reason. I keep calling CTW Auto sale LLC to discuss the charge, but no one ever answers the phone to talk to me. I have been a loyal customer to the UHAUL Company for a long time, and I never had such problem. I want my $ 25.00 for so-called cleaning fee to be reimbursed to my credit card.
