Everybody at both the locations real good. If you call 800 go-U-Haul is Useless. They’re rude and inconsiderate on your phone. They bounce around like yo-yo then when you asked to talk to a supervisor, they turn back to customer service you sit on the phone and wait for 20 minutes for supervisor. Nobody ever gets on the line and then after it’s over with the phone disconnect, but nobody ever call you back and they have your phone number right there. That’s how well you all cares for their customers U-Haul preachers they take good care of veterans. Well you did a real bad job with this veteran is U-Haul got the money for it. The rental there is no thing it’s such thing as customer service at all.
