Check tire pressure lights on, driver side door would not close properly. It felt like a duplicate effort though. I gave my credit card and info when reserving the week before and it was all asked for again.

First and most important, Ensure truck is clean and safe. Also, ensure communication is clear about details of reservation between the 2 offices (where i reserved on highway 13 laval and pick up location st martin). This situation resulted to important delay in picking up truck. Note that the lady who offered free upgrade in exchange for picking up rental at another location was extremely helpful and found solution. This survey result is NoT towards her. At pick up, message (i) right tire pressure low appeared. Advise rep and said its normal and not to worry. I had to go put air to feel safe. During trip (ii) battery charging system appeared. Did not feel safe. Overall, extremely disappointing experience at 4271 st martin location. Felt not listened to and simply wanted to force down their regular pricing even though i was offered a free upgrade Instead of calling sister location to find out. I had to call and luckily the same lady helped me out. Rented 2x at highway 13th and experience was excellent. Unfortunately can not say same this time.

Clerk took almost 30 min to finish serving us for the pick up because he kept stopping to serve other clients that just walked in and would then return to us only after he was finished with them (this happened 3 times) Upon return he noticed they double charged us and instead of having us all go inside while he called his manager he went into the U-Haul truck with the engine still running and closed the door, making us wait in the cold for another 15 minutes
