When I went to that location, I was supposed to pick up the vehicle at 2 p.m., but I only managed to get it at 2:40 p.m. Instead of the 9-foot-long van truck I was supposed to get, they gave me a bigger vehicle of 10 feet in length, because they couldn’t get the paperwork ready. They said, “We will give you a larger vehicle for the same price.” I said, “Okay,” but the car I was supposed to pick up at 2, I only got at 2:40. And the next day, they charged my credit card $102.53, even though I only drove 10 kilometers. When I called and asked, they said, “Oh, we’re sorry, we couldn’t convert kilometers to miles; it was a mistake.” Right now, I am still waiting. I don’t know yet if they will make the payment. I do not recommend the location; they keep you waiting a lot, and, as I said, they charged me too much.

Windshield of truck dirty. No parking at location to easily / conveniently return truck

I booked one week in advance and on the date I got a call in the morning that the van is not available in that morning and there is another van available nearby. However, once we arrived to pick up the van, the van is still not available then we need to pick up in another location. I am appreciated your quick resolve, however I feel that it’s not convenience for hop around to get the van.

There was no parking and it was very squishy for getting the U-Haul out of the parking spot. I prefer more space.

They parked the vehicle in such an awkward position I'm experience driver but you have to bark it back up into the parking lot onto the street which is the opposite way you know I'm just thankful that we had vehicles that were responsive The windows were filthy exceptionally hard to see through the cab had rags water bottles everything floating around the cab I pacifically needed mattress bags and they just looked at me like I was an idiot no we don't have them Auto scale 1 to 10 10 being the best I'd give it a four

The van was filthy, there was popcorn everywhere, all over the seats and the floor. The steering wheel was filthy dirty , I didn’t even want to touch it. I had to lay a moving blanket down in the back to pack my things in.

I would allow a friend the knowledge of the business and the staff but I rarely push such suggestions on my friends. The vehicle was in good order and clean.

Parking is very limited, so snow removal would be helpful.
