I was suppose to pick up the truck at 10 am and someone was suppose to be there so I could sign paperwork and get key. No one was there and I had to call U-Haul and then was transferred to someone else who tried to help me locate the people. Finally the guy pulled up and helped me. It was very hard because I had people meet me at 10 to help me move. The usual reps I called were wonderful it was just the place not being open when they should have that caused the bad review.
