KATHRYN MYou need to improve your return policy. I was told that I could return unused blankets which I then was told is not true for one-way reservations. I also bought a $15 rope that I did not use and tried to return the next day to the same place I purchased (622 N Main St, Milton GA) and was told that all sales are final.

I had got the first truck and its shutter malfunctions and they were happy to provide me with a replacement truck which was even longer at the same prices not that I needed that large a truck, but it was their willingness to help out and make sure of customer satisfaction which will always make me wanna get equipment from their shop!

Shane H(1) I am upset, the U-Haul charged my husband $100 extra insurance when I already purchased insurance. (2) The location for the truck pick up was not where I requested. (3) The truck had "engine check" light on, so it was actually quite dangerous for us to drive from San Diego to Alameda with the light on. Thankfully we made it to our final destination safely. (4) The gas tank was not full when we picked up the truck.

Gary SPoor customer service skills. I asked if I could leave my vehicle there for few hours he said no because it’s a liability, but there must be a better way to speak to the customers when he told him he’s not my wife and it’s not his problem, i do understand the liability, but you must find a way to express to the customers how much you care disappears like he didn’t matter to him whether I get the truck or not. When I return the truck, it was much better service different service representative.
GLEN CFor a drive of 18 miles, I filled up 7 gallons of gasoline. The truck given to me must be in a very bad condition. I’m sure that engine was never turned on unless I drove. I’m not against the management of this particular branch, but I feel like I am cheated by providing a vehicle with not good maintenance.

Carlos QThe whole reservation process with Uhaul was terrible. Being told that nothing can be confirmed until the day before a big out-of-state move was stressful and ultimately the equipment I requested was not available. Having to take the largest truck (26’) when didn’t need it only added to my moving expenses in extra gas. Simply put I will never do business with Uhaul again after this experience.

TERESA OThe owner of the shop was super friendly. I am more so frustrated with the whole process of renting a Uhaul. What’s the point of reserving a truck if there truck is already reserved. The past few times I’ve rented you from Uhaul, I would reserve, but then when I get to the place, they say someone took it already. It makes no sense to me. Also, sometimes there’s no checks after someone drops the truck off. One of the trucks I tried to pick up today, the back of it was filled with trash. We wasted a whole hour trying to get a truck. I’m honestly going to take my business elsewhere. I’ve had way too many hiccups with Uhaul.

javer mTruck was filthy. A/c didn’t work. Cupholders broken. Battery died and all they did is send roadside assistance out to jump start me and made me drive the truck all the way back that location. Never rent from a non U-Haul location.

Anthony EI did not know how many miles I was going to drive nor did I know what the MPG is for this truck. I put 25 gallons of gas in it at a cost of $140 ,only drove 75 miles. Leaving an extra 1/4 tank of gas more in it than when I picked it up. Should improvise a way to compensate the customer for that extra gas left in the tank. The reason i put 25 gallons in it is because when I picked it up it was little above 1/4 tank. Not consistent with my previous rentals from U haul. Thanks Rick Roberts.
