Best location
NARIMAN RI have rented from a few locations but this was the best experience. The guys were so friendly and helpful - I should have written down their names to give specific reviews - but to the morning and afternoon employees on October 1st, you're awesome! I'll be back!
Rhondda BThe liquor person helped us fine and did everything he was supposed to do. He was however slightly rude and had lots opinions on why we needed the toy hauler for such a small motor bike . When I explained that we were traveling one way and U-Haul told me that this was my only opinion he said that I was lied too and if I had booked thru him directly he would have gotten me a better deal . When he saw that my rental price was only $69.00 he told me that must have been an error . I told him no it was not and that we had gotten a discounted rate due to an equipment issue he seemed angry about that .
Jesseca HCalifornia Keg & Liquor went above and beyond to help me get my trailer on and off my truck. They are awesome, and this was one of the best uhaul experiences I’ve had.
ARIANE NI was very disappointed in my experience from the very start, I was on the run and didn't notice when I grabbed the trailer one of the tires was very low on tread. I noticed this after I loaded my vehicle and stated specifically this was an out of town drive. The tire blew out on me and had to wait two hours for roadside to bring me a new tire. I understand blowouts happen but please check your equipment at a basic level before lending out your products.
Dominic SThis is no hate to this specific location (which is why I am rating an average), but the overall experience was poor because I originally had a reservation at the location off of 13210 Poway Rd, Poway, CA 92064. Multiple people and I sat for nearly two hours past opening to pick up trucks, and no one showed to even open the location. This inconvenience set my moving plans back by over two hours, and I did not get done until late last night as a result. The people at this location had what I needed and I was able to pick the truck up immediately though. I do appreciate that.

Kenneth PGreat customer service from Sam, from the beginning to the turning in he was very helpful and really understands what customer service is all about! 10/10 experience. It made my move so much easier.
Randall GThe truck is quite banged up. the rear door doesn't open smoothly, gets stuck. Doesn't close easily unless you push down on it real hard. The ramp doesn't close easily. you have to pull it out and ram it in real hard to get it to the safe locked position. The truck drives very rough. It jerks so much that when you try to talk, your voice shakes with the whole truck shaking with you. The truck is a huge gas guzzler. you can literally see the mileage range numbers going down multiple miles within an actual mile. There is no back up camera in this truck which should be a must. Windows are still manual. AC is not effective. I was very unhappy with the overall experience.
Safi KAgents were rude and unfriendly, Air conditioning did not work.

RANDY SThey would not take our car transport off so that we needed to do it although Uhaul told us that Uhaul had to do it. They said that Uhaul says all kinds of things and you guys are just a big joke and ultimately made us run around for over two hours to figure out where to go for our transport to be taken off off to another location and then you guys said you’d call me back. No one has ever called me back. I called today and got hung up on before I even got through to talk to a person. I will never use Uhaul again.

I’ve used to corporate location on Poway road and the level of service there isn’t even in the same ballpark as my experience at California Keg. The truck was ready on time, clean, and they were so helpful with me extending beyond my original return date. I would highly recommend that everyone go to this location!!!

The equipment was in excellent condition, and he went out of his way to ensure everything worked smoothly for my move. He has always had equipment available and in short notice. Excellent service. What stood out most was his genuine willingness to help. He consistently went above and beyond in answering questions, offering guidance, and making sure I had what I needed. His support, flexibility, and customer‑focused attitude truly made a difference. This is the second time in a month I’ve used this location, and Mathew’s outstanding service is a big reason why. He deserves recognition for the excellent experience he provides to customers. I am leaving California regrettably, but with a knowing from this experience that there are still good people there that care about others.

Karlon KI was told I could rent a cargo van in Ramon, and in Julian, neither of which was true. This left me to scramble and rearrange my schedule to pick up in Poway, a location that required me to drive an additional 100 miles and spend many more hours on the road. Though I was allowed to have the vehicle for two days as compensation, I should have been given the truthful information from the start instead of having me discover this at the last minute when I called to confirm my reservation. The Poway location was easy to work with, and very accommodating. Appreciate them.

WILLIAM MI had the most positive experience working with the owner of this business. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. The truck was clean and drove well. I was not charged for extras, no surprises. The website allows you to reserve the truck on line. I am definitely giving it a 5 star experience for me !

DENNIS EGas was under 1/4 tank. Got $15 credit to bring it back at 1/4 tank. Truck showed 40 miles till empty and I got it back with 50 miles. I understand not getting the $15 credit but to be charged for not bringing it back at 1/4 tank is just stealing from me
RUSLAN GGot the truck under 1/4 tank. With 40 miles left. Got a discount for $15 to bring it back at 1/4 tank. Brought it back with 53 miles left. Lost the $15 discount and got charged $15.16 for fuel!!
