The equipment was in excellent condition, and he went out of his way to ensure everything worked smoothly for my move. He has always had equipment available and in short notice. Excellent service. What stood out most was his genuine willingness to help. He consistently went above and beyond in answering questions, offering guidance, and making sure I had what I needed. His support, flexibility, and customer‑focused attitude truly made a difference. This is the second time in a month I’ve used this location, and Mathew’s outstanding service is a big reason why. He deserves recognition for the excellent experience he provides to customers. I am leaving California regrettably, but with a knowing from this experience that there are still good people there that care about others.
Dennis MI dropped off my vehicle on the 15th and I had to call three times and have the regional manager show up at the location to get the vehicle logged into the system. If my rental hadn’t been had a long rental time, I would’ve been charged daily overage..
