Karlon KI was told I could rent a cargo van in Ramon, and in Julian, neither of which was true. This left me to scramble and rearrange my schedule to pick up in Poway, a location that required me to drive an additional 100 miles and spend many more hours on the road. Though I was allowed to have the vehicle for two days as compensation, I should have been given the truthful information from the start instead of having me discover this at the last minute when I called to confirm my reservation. The Poway location was easy to work with, and very accommodating. Appreciate them.
