The guy didn't have any dollies so I had to move everything without help so I ended up needing the truck longer than I had plan to calley calls me the next morning freaking out like it was his money been spent for the rental telling me they put trackers on the truck and they changed everything just from a year ago from me using uhaul and that I could go to jail and I'm trying to tell him what's happened and that I know they will charge my card for a extra day and go from there but if I had the dollies I would have been done and had it back but he finally gets to him telling me my card didn't go through so I tell him let me call the company to get everything figured out and I did so I had left somethings in the truck when I returned it so I went to get them that morning and calley is mad at me and acting like as if I did something to him and acting standoffish we went to the truck and I'm talking to him and he is not talking back til his ask what was in the truck and after that he turned to me and said so you still own $35 dollars when can you pay that because this is how I get paid I told him once I get back in the car and I can move the money over he say yeah what ever you ok lady and walks off with a attitude as if we know each other next thing I know he trying to run my card for $89 dollars him and his behavior was distasteful and needs to be worked on it's not his money been spent for anything and if he had the tools that are needed to be used to assist someone to move then problems wouldn't pop up to where people need the trucks longer

Sparkle DThis is an awful location. They rope of their lot when not open so they’re actually leaving the equipment in the empty lot next door. In order to get between the lot and the business front you have to walk over broken glass and weave through fallen light poles, guide wires and such. I struggled with the lock on the key box as it’s double sided but only one side allows you to open the lock. Returning I experienced all the same issues except there is no Uhaul brand key return box, instead there is Uhaul Key Return written on the building in Sharpie over a mail slot. The slot behind the flap is too small for a key ring to fit easily so I had to solve a puzzle to drop the key off. I have pictures. Hated this experience, will not be returning to this location.

STEPHANIE CLocation itself was sketchy and unkempt, didn’t instill confidence from the start. The truck was right by a broken down fence. It was also the only truck there which was weird. They did not provide the dolly and pads that I’d ordered either and they weren’t open so I couldn’t talk to anyone about it. The interior was not clean, sticky soda residue all over the cupholder area. And there were scratches all over the truck. My app was glitching so I had to call uhaul to report this and have them add photos of everything.
