This should not be a pickup or drop off location meaning this place gives haul a bad name. I have used Uhaul many times but if I was a first time customer after going to this location I would never use Uhaul again.!!!James F.

Shane Calloway was extremely nice and so helpful. We had to move my in-laws up north due to my father in law having a stroke and Shane was very sympathetic and helped do all the paperwork and get us on the way. I would highly recommend this U-Haul rental location to anyone.MATTHEW K.

There web site says where I dropped off the uhaull truck is opened till 5pm and I took pictures of it and I dropped off the uhaul at 4:05pm ,I called the the UHAUL administration office at 4:15 pm and they told me the place where i dropped the uhaul truck at closes at 4:00pm they ( uhaul ) promised me I wouldn't be getting the $20.00 dropped off fee,THEY LIED😡JOSE C.

The place was very rough. It looked like a used car junkyard and I have to drive through large mudholes, getting my vehicle dirty, to get to the trailer. The person that worked at the shop was very friendly and engaging and did a good job.Anthony S.
The return location looked as if it was a salvage yard. U-Haul personnel sent me to the return location after business hours. There was no signs indicating where to return the trailer, the driveway was a dirt drive and had very large pot holes full of water, was not an inviting place. I received an email from U-Haul accusing me of not returning the trailer before even checking with the return location or before the return location reported the equipment being returned.William G.
Upon returning the trailer the people there seemed put out in having to assist with unhooking the trailer. the took my UHaul paperwork and said they would check me in. They did not. Today I received an email from UHaul stating I had failed to return the trailer (not true) and they had not been able to contact me (not true as you have both my cell phone number and email). I have never had any problems with previous UHaul rentals, until this one. The toll free number on the email was no help at al, referring me back to the local drop off location. (so why have a corporate toll free number if they cant assist!?Michel G.

U-Haul got my family and I moved to Florida from Ohio. I have no complaints on the U-Haul service we received. The truck needed an alignment but was able to get us moved. I recommend the appliance dolly. It was a back saver and worked great!paul G.

There was a question about the brake reservoir cap being missing and I was told that my picture could not be used that the picture should have been taken at the pick up location and uploaded to the contract. I left the location wondering if I would be charged for it. No one checked the items in the trailer, blankets and hand truck so I later wondered if they were checked later. I would prefer to have a hard copy of my contract and a hard copy of the check in confirmation in addition to the electronic versions.JIMMY M.

The owner was so nice and accommodating. I had the wrong size hitch ball, he went and found one of his personal hitches and let me use it at no charge. He also gave me the trailer brake adapter to use. Thank you so much for making this a very nice experience.Edward C.

It was VERY difficult to return the 26' truck to this location after hours. Gate narrow and lots of cars to maneuver around to find a parking place. NOT Easy!Donald H.
The initial drop off location sent me on a wild goose chase. They were rude,offensive, and threatening. If I were u haul I would not want this individual to be part of my company. I will never use uhaul again unless I hear from somebody. Also, I called the regional manager and he never returned my call.GEORGE S.
The location for drop off was an auto repair business which didn't post hours and was fenced and locked up at 9:00 in the morning. The driveway is small and dropping a trailer was awkward. The employee who arrived late was mad I had unhooked the trailer and checked in on line. He would have preferred I dropped it inside the business fenced compound but it was too late.SCOTT S.

The proprietor of the drop off location was argumentative and told me that he would have me take the trailer to another location that he was not prepared to receive it â€¦ ultimately he did take it we parked in front of another 5 x 8 trailer next to a 21 foot truck.? I don't know what the problem was but I didn't appreciate the way he handled me or my time. He initially insisted that I take the trailer to another drop off location that he had communicated that fact to U-Haul however UHAUL had not communicated anything to me other than the current prescribed drop off location of Callaway Auto. We both spent an extended period of time on the phone with UHAUL at the 800 number and had no success in getting through to attempt to resolve the issue. Extensive hold time prior to reaching a UHAUL rep exacerbated the problem. My hold for me was 57 minutes by the time I got through only to be told that I needed to reach out to customer service to which they connected me and I held for another 52 minutes before being answered only to be told an area mgr would reach out to me .. That never happened.. This self move evolution what is the poorest excuse of customer service and failed internal communication within UHAUL that I've ever witnessed/experienced in all my years in the military doing personal moves I've never seen anything so poorly handled on the backside. It is highly unlikely that I would ever consider using UHAUL again given the inadequate response and lack of care and coordination on behalf of the representatives that I dealt with on the backside of this move.Tom R.

when I returned my trailer on 5/11/20, the same day I used it in the morning; the owner said his card reader was not working but he checked me in on his phone and that I had to call the main Uhaul 800 # to get my deposit back; I called the 800 # immediately, and spoke to a lady who said she put me on hold to get permission from her supervisor to do that; she got back on the phone with me and said "ok, you are all taken care of and you will get your deposit back". Fast forward over a week later, no deposit credit still, and a "nicole" calls me on 5/19/20 and says that I am not checked in and wants to know where the trailer is. After I told her I already turned it in, etc, etc, etc,; Nicole tells me that there is NO DOCUMENTATION on file in the computer that my conversation took place with that lady at Uhaul that told me everything was fine and I was getting my deposit back. UNBELIEVABLE! Then Nicole tells me that she will have to tell her area manager, Jamie to go to the place I said I turned it into, to verify that I turned the trailer in , in order to get my deposit back. Again, UNBELIEVABLE! Your company is so unorganized and one person does not know what the other person is doing. Terrible customer service.Andrea L.
