When I return the truck the key was taken and the truck was never checked

I was charged another $87 after returning the truck on time, swept out and with the hand trucks, only going 15.2 miles during my 24 hour usage. When I got the truck, it had candy wrappers, food utensils and the inside of the storage area wash covered in dirty and spilled drinks. Someone owes me $87.00 and an explanation!!!!

The trailer door was hard to open. I ordered moving blankets but they had none at the pickup location. It was hard to understand the rental agent. English is not his native language.

I dropped off the truck showed the person my phone picture of the gas when I picked up the truck it was 1/4 tank, and showed him the fuel gauge and it was at 1/4 tank. He agreed. I also showed him the blower fan was not working. He got up in the truck and turned the control knob to high and no air was blowing. I got and email for 2 gallons of gas. I turned in a cleaner truck than I received and now there are multiple billings, none of which match. It was too late to try to get another truck as it was loaded and midnight. I then drove from New Port Richey Florida to Macon Georgia with a blower the did not work. It was done, and I am thankful the truck other than the windshield and blower was in good working condition. I made it safely to my destination. Just a few overlooked items.... My dad always taught me a safe driver keeps a clean windshield....everyone involved in all these transactions were nice and accommodating. Just oversight In traffic with the sun at your face was ugly driving to see out the windshield. As a very experienced driver , I am lucky. A lesser skilled driver might not have been so lucky.

I would not understand what the gentleman was saying. He doesn’t speak English very well. Nice guy, but I could not understand him.

There were fire ants in the truck, and I was bitten several times while driving. Also when I picked up the truck, the gas tank was on empty. I barely made it to a gas station, that’s how little fuel was in the tank.

Your computer system had errors trying to add another contact point for me and wouldn't let the rental go through until we had entered five different people. Staff was very easy to work with and friendly and we eventually got your system to work. The place of renting was atrocious (warner robins location) staff did not inform the need of a reservation of equipment causing me to travel 30 minutes to pick up from another location. A different staff member helped me work around their coworker's blunder as i was out of options for towing needs.

So many problems with my rental. The truck wasn't ready on time, they didn't check it in just gave me the keys and when I checked in they added 500 miles. Didn't drive 500 miles in a truck overnight. I filed a manager review. Never this place again

Owner/manager did not know how to attach the auto transport. I waited 3 hours and he asked a stranger for a video on how to do it. No concern for safety or security of my possessions.

Deposit was way too high. Refund takes too long to be issued. Front desk associate is never there. A hot mess I wouldn’t recommend!!!

Unfortuneatky the operator didn't speak a lot of english and the check out process was the longest experiene of my life so much so that the person I was with hooked up the trailer by himself.And when we returned it we had to unhook it too

Good command of the English language is a must. Also, assistance in connecting the trailer is what I have experienced in all other u-haul locations but not this one.

Horrible location, staff was less than helpful and was going to let me leave without paying my refund of the deposit or giving me a receipt. Once I called him out on it, it took another 30 mins to get my refund (after all other return processing was complete). I cannot say enough how horrible this location actually is.

Truck did not have the Dolly we paid for so I had to drive to a different location, check engine light was on in the truck, the truck had not been swept out in the back and the process to pick up took to long.
