Still was charged for wipers not working properly, gentleman there made them work but as an automotive expert there isn’t many ways to make wipers work on turn signal
Janice MVery poor customer service my reservation was moved to 4 different location my pick up time was 7:00 am.I did receive a truck until 10:30 am and the truck was completely empty no fuel. I was sent 45 minutes one way to get truck come back 45 minutes when my reservation was supposed to be 10 min on the day of moving into my new home. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with U-Haul and I’ve rented here before very disappointing and inconvenient.
