Very poor customer service my reservation was moved to 4 different location my pick up time was 7:00 am.I did receive a truck until 10:30 am and the truck was completely empty no fuel. I was sent 45 minutes one way to get truck come back 45 minutes when my reservation was supposed to be 10 min on the day of moving into my new home. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever experienced with U-Haul and I’ve rented here before very disappointing and inconvenient.

ZELALEM ZNotify customer that the safe move is a charge that is incurred daily. It doesn't go by the whole trip itself. Had I of known this I would never have asked for it. It was a surprising $195 charge to my bill. Also the last time I rented I was charged 59 cent a mile and this time 1.09 a mile. That's almost double in price and I feel like is a price gouge. Location told me to keep rental as long as I wanted but uhaul kept harassing me about bringing it back. Geez. Just not a good experience final bill was over a thousand dollars for almost two weeks.
Amanda WThey were extremely rude did not tell me I was being charged for unnecessary stuff. Some of the stuff I declined and will still charge for was not mentioned that there would be a deposit. I was told one price over the phone just to get there and pay 100+ more dollars the owner was so rude. Did not get up and show me where the U-Haul was until after the fact when we found the U-Haul did not communicate unless he was asking questions about me to answer on the paper as far as my name, etc. etc. I do not recommend anybody go there. They are rude. He’s not gonna tell you what they’re charging you they’re just gonna swipe your car and tell you to go didn’t give me no paperwork told me to take a picture of the computer if I need anything then tell me then come out and inspect the U-Haul with me overall if I could write him a zero it will be a -0 that’s just how bad my experience was
