The service was excellent, friendly and very nice. If it wasn't so far from my current housing I would use them all the time. I highly recommend the Shell Camargo Uhaul location in Mt Sterling, KY.

So your aware…The outgoing mileage on the truck I rented was 38016 and not 38005. There was nothing done to verify that at the start. And, I could not complete the checkout process on the app as it would not allow me to take and upload photos. It’s not the extra $10 I paid, its the point that as a customer, I put my faith and trust in the vendor and their policy and procedures. In today’s society that faith in trustwortyness is fading.
