I had my truck for 12 hours. We unfortunately had a family emergency during this time and they gave me extra time and didn’t charge me. I have already told a few friend about this location and will continue to do so. I couldn’t be any happier with my experience and appreciate everyone I encountered.
Alexander RUpon arrival I was immediately greeted by a staff member and took the keys from me right away and directed me inside to close out my rental. The staff was super efficient, friendly and helpful. I would recommend and do business with them in the future.

Junizar MTrailer was good. I love your motorcycle trailers. It was missing a lock ring to keep the "tailgate" pin from bouncing out so I zipped tied it. I was charged a different amount than what I rented the trailer for. It was only $4 more so not a big deal at all. I do hope it wasn't for the missing link because I didn't take it

JOANNE CWhen I first got in the vehicle, I noticed that the fuel level was a little below full according to the indicator of the truck. This concerned me because I knew that I was told I needed to have the truck full when returning. I took a picture and showed it to the clerk And he told me the last customer had mentioned that no matter how much they put into the tank, the needle wouldn’t go all the way up. I paid for $15 worth of gas which is about 3 gallons and noticed that the needle went all the way to full. my complaint is that I was provided a truck that was less than full and provided it full back to the location full. Also, there was a large bag of trash from McDonald’s behind the seats, along with a New Year’s hat and mirrors that have been left by the previous customer. Vehicle not full with fuel and left with trash and household items
Ronald HThe After Hours Drop-Off software doesn't work which resulted in a half hour of wasted time on a dark street; a bit worrisome. After renting, I heard this from a couple of other people, too. Seems this is a U-Haul issue, not an issue with Camarillo U-Rent.

DEAN MThe truck did have some dirt around on the inside of the cab. Also, make sure to let people know that they will need to keep the key to follow the steps of the after hours check in. I turned in my key before realizing everything that was required.

Chris NI had to drop off after hours. Finding the after hours drop off area was a little inconvenient. I had to pull into a parking lot and call U-Haul traffic once again and they had to talk me through to find the after hours drop off location which was at the complete opposite side of the property which an average person would not have been able to figure that out without calling traffic for specific direction. Talking on the phone while driving a 26 foot truck can be a bit challenging for someone who doesn’t drive a vehicle that big on a daily basis couple that with unfamiliar territory and traffic, it’s the perfect recipe for a not so good situation.
