This wasn't the original drop off location. I was left a message the day before drop off and told I had to take it to a different location(WESTLAKE) which was in a different city. Original location was 1 minute walk from where I live. Called and said the store was overbooked and wasn't accepting trucks. There were only 2 vehicles when I was there. Called uhaul and said I could take it to a different place in town. It was better than Westlake. Not sure why location of pick up and drop off get charged. Need a better system

Craig HTruck was a little bit dirty on the inside & outside could have used a car wash inside & out. Truck itself was in good condition customer service at pick up location in Camarillo Ca Dawson location was excellent very nice & informative. I would rent from this location again. Thank you
Olivia LRamp was stuck Called for roadside assistance but we figured it out and canceled. They were easy to deal with.
