Mario ZMaps "U-Haul Camarillo Airport" takes you to the airport where there are no U-Haul services. The U-Haul services are off of Dawson on 101 Fwy in Camarillo. Please change the "airport" site to direct to the U-Haul site on Dawson. Otherwise - everything was very professional and reliable - Good on everyone.

Maribel PThere was no after hours drop off like I was told. Had to park the Uhaul across the street. I also now have to go back tomorrow to give the keys. I would be very disappointed to incur any charges for this poorly handled drop off.
Braden RIt would be nice to have the pick up where you have a key pick up place for Sunday pick up. Sometimes I need a truck very early on Monday morning and I would need to pick it up on Sunday.
Gloria MThis wasn't the original drop off location. I was left a message the day before drop off and told I had to take it to a different location(WESTLAKE) which was in a different city. Original location was 1 minute walk from where I live. Called and said the store was overbooked and wasn't accepting trucks. There were only 2 vehicles when I was there. Called uhaul and said I could take it to a different place in town. It was better than Westlake. Not sure why location of pick up and drop off get charged. Need a better system

Tom MI couldnt. Find the Key Drop Box i was looking all over for it and found it after looking for like 10 mins and there was multiple trucks in fromt of it so it was a little difficult to locate it

JOHN MI rented a van for local use at $19.95 or 99 / day + $.89/ mile. I picked up the vehicle around 3:45 p.m. I assumed i had it for a 24 hour day, but the u-haul app informed me it was due to be returned at or before 9:30 p.m. on the same day I picked it up. I don't think I would have had a problem with the facility had i kept the full 24 hours, but the app concerned me enough that I rearranged my plans and returned roughly 6 hours after pick up.

ANTONIO GI reserved a truck and trailer for an out of state move. Uhaul didn't feel my reservation was important enough to have the truck and trailer at the same location for my pick up. The truck and trailer were 20 miles apart. I'd call that poor customer service.
