Business was closed but drop off was smooth. Everything was clearly labeled.
Tom MI couldnt. Find the Key Drop Box i was looking all over for it and found it after looking for like 10 mins and there was multiple trucks in fromt of it so it was a little difficult to locate it

michael aThere are no after hours drop offs of trailers and the location is closed on Sunday. Very pleasant people and eager to please, but make sure you don't have plans to pick up or drop off on Sunday.

JOHN MI rented a van for local use at $19.95 or 99 / day + $.89/ mile. I picked up the vehicle around 3:45 p.m. I assumed i had it for a 24 hour day, but the u-haul app informed me it was due to be returned at or before 9:30 p.m. on the same day I picked it up. I don't think I would have had a problem with the facility had i kept the full 24 hours, but the app concerned me enough that I rearranged my plans and returned roughly 6 hours after pick up.

ANTONIO GI reserved a truck and trailer for an out of state move. Uhaul didn't feel my reservation was important enough to have the truck and trailer at the same location for my pick up. The truck and trailer were 20 miles apart. I'd call that poor customer service.

KARL OThank you the kind staff when we picked up the truck. My baby grandson liked the helper who got our uhaul out us. Lol I also would like to thank uhaul rep Candice for helping me when i made a freak accident returning the uhaul. Not realizing i had to go on the app to return and record all my info. I gave myself a near heart attack but everything turned out perfect. The uhaul was affordable and no addl charges were added. Id recommend Uhaul on Dawson again.

WALID LThis is the best Uhaul location, the people are great. The Uhaul app is awful so I make sure to go in and talk to them at the counter, never any problem.
JOHN JEverything was great , but I put $100 in gas int he truck and calculated the miles and the sheet you give us. I was charged for 3 gallons of gas and I put enough in to cover the trip. and returned it with 5/8. i should not be charged more for gas .

DONALD TI was overcharged for fuel. I went 42 miles, I put 5 gallons of gas at Vons Arniel about a mile from UHaul. When I picked up the truck gas gauge was a hair under 3/8ths I returned it the same, a hair under 3/8ths. I was billed for 7 gallons 42.25. With my 5 and your 7 gallons its 12 gallons for 42 miles, 3.5 mi per gallon, I don't think so. I'll probably use a different location next time.
