Trailer could have used a bath. But besides the fender damage that was marked with an X at a few places. Trailer ran good. Ramp was easy to use. Pulled straight. Lights worked. Easy to hook and unhook.
Joseph BEverything went very smoothly. The truck was ready when I got there and the check out was quick and seamless.
Tracy SRented a 5*9 trailer two weekends in a row. Booked it online with no issuance but insurance is always added and have to be manually removed. During return, they say ok everything is good, but the first week someone from uhaul had to call to confirm if it was returned. 2nd week during the return I told them to make sure it was marked as return, and was given some excuse about Saturday/ Sunday. Then a few hours later call me to see if I was returning the trailer. Then he says idk if they will charge you for 2 days, but it was returned within 6 hrs.
Marcus HThe location was fine and the person in the store was very nice. The problem was with the booking. I booked a trailer rental from Kingston to Kingston where I live. I got a confirmation and all seemed fine. But then u-haul changed the booking and I had to pick up the trailer here, 30 minutes from my home. That was very inconvenient but the worst thing was that I had to return it to the same location even though the trailer was not rented for the next day. Why would I be charged a one-way fee to drop it in Kingston when it was your choice to change the booking? I have been happy with u haul in the past but this was a bad experience.

CHRISTOPHER CThe whole process with U-haul was great. I needed a truck on a short timeframe and customer service helped me find exactly what I needed. Awesome service. At the Camden location, I received amazing service here. I had to upgrade the size of truck last minute and one was available at this location. Unfortunately I can't remember the gentleman's name but he was amazing. Helped me tremendously and was VERY nice! Would recommend this location to anyone.

ALLEN MDirty truck that’s almost ready for the junkyard ! I filled it back up with gas but I still was charged for more … when I picked it up they said it had more fuel than it actually had I filled it up way over what it had been when I picked it up but I was still charged extra ! I’m not happy with that underhanded maneuver.

james bWe rented 24 blankets and only received 20. We were charged for the extra 4 when we returned to another location. We did not count at the pick up location as the person was at the store by herself and had to take care of other clients so it was taking too long to get out.

Danielle MEverything went as planned. We were impressed when we said to staff, we needed a 15 ft and when we rented they only had a 9 ft cargo van, he said he had a 15 ft here now did we want it. Well things couldn't have turned out better because we were able to make one trip instead of two. We have used this location several times in the past and the staff are always courteous and helpful. Very pleased over all 😁

Jim BAt drop off the attendant was busy and did not confirm I had dropped off a clean vehicle with gas at right level. Said he would check later. I got an additional charge but no email explanation of the charges from Uhaul. Drop off location is convenient, lots of parking, great hours, and staff was friendly just too busy to confirm clean drop off.
ray cThis review could change, or be disregarded if I receive a refund. I rented a trailer and the lights flickered. Upon further investigation the white wire on the trailer connecter was defective, hanging on by a single wire. The wire broke before leaving town and we returned the trailer and we were told we would not be charged (we were). We picked ip an identical trailer in Trenton an hour later. We have yet to recieve a refund.

Mike CSuspension on the truck was pretty rough. Not sure if tires are over filled, but they were slipping a lot, and made the drive incredibly bumpy.
