In my opinion, they are misrepresenting your company at this location. They are more interested in selling Loto tickets than in their U-haul customers. I was even told I was holding up the line when I questioned the discrepencies of their charges compared to what my booking contract stated.

Tom OThe trailer I rented was missing a safety hook to connect to the vehicle. I had to use my own. Also there were no right hand lights on the trailer. I had to rely on my vehicle lights for advising vehicles behind of my intentions. There was no other trailers there to swap with and I had to get a job done. The agent was quick and efficient, but I still had to let the agent enter my Visa card manually. I normally will not allow this, as it creates an opportunity for fraudulent activities. I will not allow this in the future.

Mike SIt took awhile to process my rental even though I had registered online. The store attendant was very nice and knowledgeable but was constantly interrupted by the host business customers. We started over a number of times. Location is convenient.
