Even though I had booked online Iand was first in line at the cashier, I had twait nearly half an hour because lottery ticket purchasers had priority with the one clerk there. Returning the vehicle was much easier.

Rick BI don't have anything for improvement. The woman taking my information was very pleasant, great to talk to. She fully explained the contract agreement and how to calculate estimated gas for refuel before bringing it back. It worked great btw. The return was easy and quick. I'd rent again from U Haul. The experience and price was reasonable.
TIMOTHY MTrailer could have used a bath. But besides the fender damage that was marked with an X at a few places. Trailer ran good. Ramp was easy to use. Pulled straight. Lights worked. Easy to hook and unhook.
