The UHaul App is a painful experience. It crashed five times during the pickup. The location was closed. The owner went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to get the rental and saved the day. No thanks to UHaul but to the amazing people at the location. UHAUL should seriously look at their app and fix it! The service is not cheap, so please deliver a better app! Thank you
