I still have not received my refund from the mileage I did NOT use. I was charged for 75 miles but I only used 43 miles. I need my refund.

BOBBY RI booked to pick up the U-Haul 3 mile from my house and I was called the day before and had to drive 28 miles one way and found trip of 1.5 hours which is time I didn't have. I need to rent another truck in 3 weeks and I am going to look at other options.

JAMES NThis was a horrible location. The owner was rude and very mean for no reason. You can tell he was aggravated/ annoyed when we asked him to clean the back of the u haul out . I will NEVER rent from this location again 0/10 wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Definitely need to shut it down

STACEY VThe cashier didn't acknowledge that I was standing there, then she couldn’t get the computer started. She changed my return time to 2:30pm when it was 3:30pm (8:30a-2:30p). The store manager/owner came meet me at the gas pump and proceeded to tell me about myself and when they give me a time to return, I need to do just that. I told him that I booked online for 8:30a-3:30p and I’m back at 3pm. He cut me off from talking and said just leave it at the pump. They had 3 other U-Hauls out there. This was my 1st poor/bad experience with any u-haul vendor. They are also charging me an extra $15 and some change today and not explaining to me why.

Gaynell DThe truck was available on a short notice, but the maintenance of the truck was not good. It was shaking while driving and the driver window was seeping air even though the window was completely up. The steering wheel needs to be replaced feels disgusting to touch. No large trash was found inside, but it still did not appear or smell sanitized. The reservation time was 4pm however the assistant was not back in the store until 4:20pm. Overall I appreciated the use of the truck but cannot say I would use this location again.
BRANDY GI’m sorry I don’t have the name of the wonderful lady that helped us with our UHaul rental. She was wonderful! She explained how the hitch worked, assisted my husband in hooking up the trailer, all while being so pleasant and helpful. Even in the extreme heat, she made sure we were comfortable with the equipment. When we returned the trailer, she was there again. she quickly came out to check out the trailer and get us checked out. She offered wonderful customer service!
Darryl HMake sure trucks are ready and inspected before renting out to the next customer. I rented a dirty truck inside and out, drivers seat could not be adjusted because it was broken, had to put air in tires.. I am not a happy customer!

Tracey BThis location wasn’t my original choice for pickup. Unit was damaged with hole in it and was the only unit available. Items got wet while during when we passed through rain storm. Had zip ties and debris on the floor when picked up.

MICHAEL CThe truck was filthy inside and out and it ran very badly one thing very noticeable in need of shocks. I rented the truck to pick up three pieces of furniture purchased from others. It was mechanically horrible and I only completed one pickup. I returned the truck over filled and received no reimbursement There were very old chicken bones in the windshield and the store manager as well as his employee were rude. The equipment at the store is not maintained at all. Apparently there is no one that goes to check and make sure they are upholding the U-Haul brand. That location will get a very poor rating on Google as well. Never have I had such a horrible experience with U-Haul I will make sure I tell everyone to never go to this location.
jodi dA grace period of at least fifteen minutes to half an hour would be considerate when returning vehicles UNLESS someone is standing at the counter actually waiting to rent that particular vehicle!!!!

Sophia CWhen a customer makes a reservation a week ahead of time, don’t call them a day before and tell them it’s not available. Also, I was told that I would get a discount for my inconvenience. That didn’t happen. Also I was sent way out of my way to obtain another truck.
Kevin RThe truck wasn’t dropped off by the previous person until about 15–30 minutes into my time. Then it took over another 30-45 minutes to get me verified. I only had help for a limited amount of time and it was basically over an hour and a half simply trying to rent the truck and the self storage access ended at 9. The delay was very inconvenient and frustrating

Johnny LThis provider is unethical and a cheat. I have made a complaint to uhaul. He forced me by contract to pay for 24 hours but must return by 7 am which is 21 hours as I picked up at 9am. He doesn’t check vehicles in until 8 am . I rented a van bc I had a very small amount to move. I drove to the next town to pick it up bc it was the closest with a van, adding to.my cost.in mileage. I left and got home and when I went to open back door I discovered a shattered window with no glass outside on my driveway. I call them and I am told that there is glass in the lot so it happened there. I was asked to return and they would trade vehicles.Once I got there I overheard him tell the clerk that he knew it was broken. It must have shattered prior to me driving it but the glass failed along the way. All they had was a small moving truck. He doesn’t give me any receipt just keys and tells me it’s a trade in. I make it back at 7 the clerk asked me why so early they aren’t able to check it in till 8. Then she produced the receipt he failed to hand me the day before and I didn’t question bc it was a trade. That receipt was for the cost of the truck. The clerk asked me to please not say anything to get her in trouble but she told me that she told the manager at least 4 times during her shift that he made an error and charged extra when it should be a trade. He ignored her and left the store not returning to fix it. In my opinion he is shady and a cheat. He is a terrible representative of uhaul. I will end this by saying unfortunately I have moved many many times in my 61 years of adult life and always used uhaul. If his practices are acceptable to uhaul then I need to take my business else. This also cost me $50 gasoline to refill the truck not to mention the additional trip to the store. My cost of gas would have been much less had this not happened. Ok now I am done. Sorry so long but as a long time satisfied customer I hope my opinion of the company isn’t changed bc of one in reputable distributor.

David BRented a Van on 08/5-2023 the young lady was extremally nice and what she quoted was what I expected. Returned the Van the same day a day before what I reserved it for and the rate and quote changed. They charged my cc way more than what was quoted.. I will never rent from Uhaul again. I would have came out cheaper with a car rental than Uhaul.
