Very freindly and effecient. Nothing bad to say about this rental location, but the process by Uhaul Corp was terrbile. This location is 45 minutes from where I needed to pick up the trailer. I made the reservation 5 days ahead for a location 5 minutes from where I needed to load the trailer. The pick up location changed 3 times, each farther away. Since the new pick up locations were 1.5hr round trip, I called to see if I could pick up the evening before instead of 1st in the morning. In that conversation, I learned was told there was only a 50/50 chance the trailer would actually show up (This conversation was with U-Haul, not this location, C&B). I did move the reservation for a 6pm pick up instead of 7am. Got a call at 1:15pm saying the trailer was not available. Then scilence, I had to ask what other options there were, when the person on the phone finally did some checking & found the trailer here. Again, this location was great, the overall Uhaul experiance was not plesant. There was no indication that I was reserving a unit that did not exist, except a small note on my reservation that said a representative would call by 5pm the day before verify. I only learned it was changing when I logged in to check something on the trailer specs, and saw a different pick up location.

Totally disappointing that the Uhauls are not monitored by their mileage and tires are not automatically changed after a certain number of miles. This lead to us having a tire blow on the interstate right on the west side of heavy Chicago traffic. We had to wait 1 hr and 40 minutes before any one arrived to change the tire and thus had a 2 hour delay in our travel which is unacceptable. When you return it, they mop it and check the tire pressure, but no one cares about tire mileage. Uhaul is trying to make an extra buck to run the tires longer instead of caring about the customer!. Terrible experience. Then our drop off location that we were given was full and we had to drive an additional 20 minutes out of our way and lose more time on our trip because of this. But apparently it is ok to keep shuffling the customer around and Uhaul doesn't have to keep track of what is going on. Again terrible experience.

Ryan KFix the website. When choosing a trailer, I hit the 'back' button to check something. When I went forward to continue, the price jumped $30. The price should have been locked in once started. That was not right. Then an additional $30 for insurance.
