This was not the location I had selected when I made the reservation but was moved to this location that was 20 minutes further away. Apparently, the truck I wanted was not available at a main U-Haul location but was available at this 3rd party location. This location was off the beaten path and I would not think anyone would find this to be a convenient location.

U-Haul changed my pickup location that day of pickup, which wasn't convenient given the proximity of other pickup locations. I wasn't asked about the change in pickup location either, but rather called the day of pickup and advised that the pickup location had changed. The truck bed had not been swept from the last rental, so I had to do that when I got the truck home. I found everything from sharp tacks to pennies. The checkout experience at C&A Mobile Repair was smooth and the staff very polite. My two biggest issues centered around the change in pickup location without asking, and the unswept truck bed (which was pretty dirty).

Upgrade appt so you can take items off that are not in the vehicle like dollies and other items when picking up using mobile service so you don't get charges for them on your bills.

The service person was very good but his service from U-Haul over the internet was VERT SLOW. It took 45 minutes to obtain 3 reserved trucks. The trucks were rather beat up on the outside which took time to record over the app which was VERY GOOD. The interior of the box was clean and in good shape and the dome lights worked, all pluses.
