I rented so that my return would be local. It was changed so that I had to drive 25 miles to another location to drop off. It should not be on me to keep your inventory spread out

Posted hours were not accurate. Location was closed during open hours. There was no one to help unhook the trailer, which I paid for in advance. I had to "figure out" how to get in and drop off the trailer in an apparent closed off lot. The reason I even gave as many stars as I did is because they called AFTER we left to see what we wanted.
