The interior of the truck - cargo area was dirty and slightly wet probably from the recent snow, but it made the interior a little muddy. I used cardboard boxes to protect my items. I purchased the 'insurance' so I knew I did not have to clean it after my use, but that does not mean that I should not have received it clean. I just learned what the agent told me was accurate, I rented one way the past two times, so I got 100 miles included with my rental. I wish I had done my due diligence as my total cost was quite a bit more than I had anticipated. However, all my responsibility as I forgot to top off the tank and that was another expense. I was just surprised about the mileage charges, I also felt that Uhaul 'floating' mileage charge was not nice. t did get the job done, so while not pleased about the cost, I am satisfied.

Some of the trailers are getting old I had a lot of trouble with the wiring on the one I had, that need to be addressed.

I was told by the employee there which truck was my rental. When i finally got through to check out from the online check in, they had listed a different truck i was supposed to have and sent me pictures to identify any damage to vehicle. The Uhaul contract was midified to show the actual vehicle i had in my possession. Note: The trucks were the same and correct size.

I ordered and paid for moving blankets, but they forgot to put them in the truck so I had to drive back to get those. I also may have ordered a mattress bag but I did not get that either? I am not sure... The app sometimes did not cooperate
