When customer brings back the unit do to a complaint take the time to look at the unit.
Gary SThe roof of the box truck had a hole in it, which would not have been a terrible thing, but it was raining. My couch and wooden table were damaged by moisture.
Emma GThe local place was fine. Your website stinks. I asked for a 15 foot for 10am in three days. All looked good. The night before said that they did not have one and would let me have a 25 foot at 3pm. That size was fine but the pickup time was not. I had to settle on a 10 foot at 2pm and only was able to pickup half of what I needed to, Not pleased at all with corporate U-Haul. C&R automotive in Kirksville Mo. was wonderful.
