Only one issue. When we reserved the truck pick up location that location did not have the truck we needed then automatically said pickup was at our drop off location. I was not notified of this until I received the email day of pickup so I had double mileage! That is a really bad clich!! Was not happy with that at all!Tobi S.

Originally, I was to have a hitch installed then pick up a trailer in Columbia MO. The day of my installation, Columbia called and said they had no personnel to install my hitch. I had to take the hitch to my own mechanic to install the hitch and wiring and then find a closer pick up location for a trailer. Moberly stepped up and saved the trip. When I picked the trailer up the left brake light and turn signal was not working. The employee told me that it was working when he pulled it over and that it must have a bad ground. He told me to tell them that it was working when I picked it up. I stopped by my shop to check the plug on my vehicle, every thing checked out. When I opened the door on the trailer there was a rats nest of wiring hanging on the left side. I put some of the wires back together and got the lights to work. By the time that I made it to my destination they had quit working again. I couldn't get them to work again. This will be the one and only time that I rent a uhaul.Gary M.
National system was offline and nobody we talked to had a clue what was going on except the folks at the Moberly location. Twice we had reservations confirmed by on line system then person called to tell us they did not have a truck available. On line system and guy from UHaul who called us said no trucks available at Columbia location, but there were more than a dozen trucks parked there all weekend that never went out.Greg O.

The trailer should have been downed and made not available for rent. One of the auto transport straps were cut and not long enough to secure the vehicle properly. This being the only unit available for miles and being on a tight schedule I took the trailer nonetheless. Since there weren't proper straps to tie the vehicle down, this cost me both time and money buying proper tie down supplies and then properly tying the vehicle down so it couldn't move forward or back on the trailer. The guy who completed the check out process was very nice and attempted to accommodate my needs however he wasn't able to.Nicholas M.
