Not a single problem with the location. Had intended to do mobile Pick Up. This is where the problem came in. The U-Haul system was not working properly after a 45 minute hold and wait the U-Haul employee that came to the phone had no clue what they were doing. After an additional 45 minutes on the phone with customer service when an employee of this location happen to be driving by on his day off on a Sunday taking time out of his own day to stop and assist me while still on the phone with a U-Haul company who couldn’t seem to get it straight. U-Haul still charged me $80. My pickup was over two hours late thank you C And R Auto for having awesome employees.
