BRADLEY BPerson greeting people must have had a bad day. Told to drop the trailer anywhere. No parking spaces, no directions - dropped in middle of parking lot. Second time dropping trailer at location. Will not use again. Have 2-3 more rentals I need coming to the area. May consider different rental company next time.
JOHN RDon't give reservations for items that aren't available! I had to go buy a dolley out of my own pocket because there wasn't one in the city, even though I'd reserved it more than a week prior. I was charged for it, was told I'd be reimbursed, but I was not! Horrible service.
