Overall it was because the office was open and someone was able to help. However truck share has bugs that need worked out. This was the second time I used truck share and both times my location was never confirmed and had to have help to complete the pick up. The first time, my pick up time was 630am but never actually left the lot til 730 due to issues with verifying my info. Customer service was necessary in this case. This second time around, the same thing. It is a convenient service and in general I'm satisfied with my experience.
