The team at this location were great to work with. Got me set up with the trailer I needed. I appreciate all of their help. The overall U-Haul reservation process online is absolutely horrible. I reserved a trailer three weeks in advance of needing it for a pick up location in Evansville, Indiana, and was told only the day before that I had to drive approximately an hour east of that location to get the trailer I needed. Customer service was not helpful in resolving this and when received a callback from a manager, she was very rude about the whole situation. I’m thankful that the guys at the Cannelton were interested in helping me. After this experience with the reservation process and dealing with the U-Haul customer service, I will likely never rent from you again if I have a choice.
