There is no uhaul office here. It’s a self drop off location with no helpful signage and there is no cell phone service so you can’t even submit pictures of your equipment. This location needs to be removed from uhauls drop off options since there are plenty of better locations nearby.

No cell service for largest cell provider in the country. App is terrible. Will never use U-Haul again and will be sure no one I know does either. Currently on hold for customer support.
